District Groundwater Management Plan:
The District’s Groundwater Management Plan consists of the guiding principles, along with the goals and objectives that are used to manage groundwater within the District. It is first developed at the District level and then approved by the Texas Water Development Board. This plan includes the desired future conditions of the aquifer at some point in the future and discusses how to achieve those conditions or avoid exceeding them as the case may be.
