District Rules
District Rules
The District’s Rules are designed to support the Groundwater Management Plan. They spell out how the District will take certain actions to limit waste, curtail production, or require certain other actions to take place. In a sense, the Rules are a list of civil and legal remedies to address activities known to waste groundwater or cause overdraft among other things. The Rules also describe how the District conducts certain hearings, permits certain wells, and so forth.
