Public Information Request:
Much of the information held by Rolling Plains GCD is considered public and is available to the public for any use they may have. Certain information is not public information and cannot be released. Examples of such information include but is not limited to social security numbers, certain email addresses, and health information.
Information at the District is available in many forms including digital and hardcopy. The manner of obtaining it somewhat depends on the form, the condition, and the request type.
When requesting information, please be as specific as possible since this will assist staff in finding something relevant for your needs. It will also help limit the need for the District to charge for large data requests and reduce the time staff is required to address those large requests. Please fill out the form below to request public information. You may also call or come by the District office. Staff will endeavor to provide the requested information in a timely manner and in accordance with the Texas Public Information Act.

The District was created in 1993 by the 73rd Texas Legislature HB2862) with the local confirmation election occurring in 1999.
